Terms of service

These terms cover the content packs sold on eidola.design ("Eidola", "we"). By sending a brief or buying a pack you agree to them. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email hello@eidola.design.

What we make

We create photos and short video clips that show your product with an AI-generated creator, such as Amara. The creator is not a real person. Every image is checked by a person on our team before it is delivered.

Payment

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars; Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live.

The Retainer pack renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the link in your Paddle receipt or by emailing us; the current month is not refunded and you keep that month's delivery.

What you send us

• You confirm you own, or have the right to use, the product, logos and images you send.
• Do not send anything illegal, harmful, or that shows a real person without their permission.
• We may refuse a brief we are not comfortable making. If you already paid, you get a full refund.

Your licence

Once a pack is paid, you get a worldwide, non-exclusive, permanent licence to use the delivered content for your brand: on your store, social media, email and paid ads. You may not resell the content on its own or use the creator to endorse products we did not make content for, or present the creator as a real person where a platform or law requires AI content to be labelled.

The creator's look and name stay ours. We may make content with the same creator for other brands, but never in the same product category during an active Retainer.

Delivery and revisions

Delivery times start when we have your product (or usable photos of it) and a complete brief. Each pack includes the revision rounds listed on the packs page. A revision round is one list of changes to the delivered set.

Our liability

We do our best to deliver on time and to the brief. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one on this page on the day you placed it.
