Legal
Privacy notice
Last updated 26 October 2026
This notice explains what we collect on eidola.design, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Brief form: your brand name, website, email, the pack you chose, your product description, image links or uploads, target platform and notes.
- Network address: the IP address that sent the brief, used only to stop spam (we limit how many briefs one address can send per hour).
- Orders: when you pay, Paddle tells us the order number, the pack, the amount and a customer reference. We never see or store your card details.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data. The site sets no marketing cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your brief, make and deliver your content, keep records for tax, and stop abuse. The legal basis is taking steps to enter or carry out a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam.
Who else sees it
- Paddle, our merchant of record, processes payments under its own privacy policy.
- Telegram carries a short notice of each new brief or order to our team's phone.
- Our hosting provider stores the site and your brief on a server we control.
How long we keep it
Briefs that do not become orders are deleted after 12 months. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Product images you upload are deleted 90 days after your final delivery.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@eidola.design. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
